Delivery Options

Delivery of your purchased TV lift will be scheduled by our shipping team based upon your request made at the time of your order. We will reach out before ship time to confirm your selection. You have the choice of Curbside Freight Delivery, or White Glove Freight Delivery . 


  • Curbside will deliver the cabinet to the outside of your home, generally near the home, not out on the curb despite the name. That's as far as the crated cabinet will go, the rest is up to you.
  • White Glove will deliver the cabinet inside your home or to your outdoor living space to where you want your new TV lift placed.  The movers that we find and you hire will then remove all of the crating and packing material from your home when they leave.  American TV Lift is not associated with any white glove moving company we present to you, we are only finding the right mover at the right price for you for a small finders fee.  Feel free to find or use a white glove mover of your choice without our assistance and avoiding the finders fee, just be sure you inform American TV Lift which moving company you selected and what their contact info is so that we can coordinate efforts and ensure they sign our delivery contract before delivery.

An American TV Lift representative will contact you close to shipping time to discuss the delivery to ensure the delivery of your new TV lift arrives safely at your desired destination.  American TV Lift will not be responsible for any fees charged by the white glove moving company, we are only finding the mover and requesting they sign our damage protection contract.  If you have any questions about shipping to your area please contact us by phone or at info@americantvlift.com.


Return Policy
We do not accept returns on any of our TV lift cabinets or mechanisms unless the item is still in its original crate and can be safely returned to our shop. Our shipping team will work with you in coordinating a return of the product. All shipping costs associated with returning the product will be the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded unless stated otherwise.


  • Your item will be inspected upon return. If in new condition, a credit will be issued to the original credit card within 5 days.
  • We will not accept returns for items returned more than 30 days after original delivery date.
  • Any cabinet returned will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Cabinets with special dimensions and/or special finishes will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.


Refund Policy
For all projects not yet delivered and still in progress, a full refund on any amount paid may only be partially refunded if the project has entered the production phase and costs to produce the project have been incurred. A full refund will be issued if the order is cancelled before production starts. All refunds take 5 business days to process. American TV Lift reserves all rights to determine the refund amount if the project is canceled after it has started the production process.
