We will reach out before ship time to confirm your selection. You have the choice of Curbside Freight Delivery or White Glove Freight Delivery.
An American TV Lift representative will contact you close to shipping time to discuss the delivery to ensure the delivery of your new TV lift arrives safely at your desired destination. If you have any questions about shipping to your area please contact us by phone or at [email protected]. Returns: (a rare occurrence at ATL) We spend so much time and effort matching our quality products with the correct home, That a successful match happens 99% of the time. If you would like to return a Product please contact us for an authorization code. The TV lift cabinet or machines should be in its original crate so it can be safely returned to our headquarters. Our shipping team will work with you in coordinating the return of the product. All shipping costs associated with returning the product will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Refund Policy For all projects not yet delivered, only a partial refund on any amount paid will be awarded if the project has entered the production phase and costs to produce the project have been incurred. A full refund will be issued if the order is canceled before production and engineering starts (72hrs from the order date). American TV Lift reserves all rights to determine the refund amount if the project is canceled after it has started the production process. |
